Open 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. The RSA has no control over Staff Travel password updates. The phone number above is the only means of getting one and can be a slow process when trying to get through.

The RSA office is only open one day a week. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday consecutively and on Association day (third Monday each month).
We have introduced a mobile number 0736 570 2581 to help you make contact. Please leave a voicemail or speak to someone on the days when we are in the office. There is also a new e mail address rsaba100@icloud.com which can be viewed by us out of hours.
All questions relating to personal and staff travel eligibility, e mail former.staff@ba.com allow several days for a reply.
