To apply for cargo concessions, retired employees must complete the mandatory fields (shown in red)

on this form to apply for cargo concessions. 

 

CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

·          Only eligible retired employees may apply

·          Retrospective rebates are not permitted

·          Carriage is subject to space being available

·          The cargo concession is limited to an aggregate of 250 kgs (or its volumetric weight equivalent) in a concessional year (April to March)

·          I confirm that I have printed out this three times - one copy for my records, one to travel with the goods, one to be retained at the cargo export office
